Managing absence may not be new but now we have the experience of pioneers and forward thinkers like Dr Steve Boorman, Royal Mail, David Frost CBE and Dame Carol Black combined with the latest cloud computing technology and BPaaS Technology. This enables all organisations to benefit from a best practice, most efficient and an engaging absence process.

Dr Steve Boorman and the rest of our seminar team, will speak about how a drive for efficiency and cost saving has meant that pensions and payroll administration led the way in business process outsourcing. Now, as the Government plans to launch its free Occupational Health Intervention service and the economy is set for growth, enlightened organisations are looking at how they can transform their 2nd largest people process to add to the bottom line.

Also demonstrating why now is the time for HR specialists to transform their role; to become true experts in people and place themselves at the heart of the company’s strategic debate. HR and managers must unburden themselves of their former non value administrative responsibilities and use real time, data driven information to focus their efforts where real value can be added.
